Basic Diet and Fitness Tips enhance your body

Advice vegetables and fruits: You can fit your body, and then regular maintain food tips always help your body grow and well. Everyday eating vegetables, 300grams fruits, 2 peace banana per day, berries, 1 apple, 50 grams dry fruits and simple nuts etc.

Cooking oil must be sunflower, olive oil, mustard oil can also used certain limit. 

Others timely meals tips: Everyday eating solid 2 peace brown bread/roti + mix veg or rice + 1 sweet, and before or after 15min breakfast needs milk can help your quick healthy. Everyone needs health and fitness tips for your healthy lifestyle, good quality plain veg need weekly (3days), and non veg food basmati rice, fish, chicken, mutton 75-100gram per day.
